MINNEAPOLIS (Dec. 18, 2012) – The major network television coverage of the world’s premier snocross racing tour – AMSOIL Championship Snocross, presented by Traxxas – just got even better as CBS Sports announced today it has added and additional seven air dates/times to the already impressive lineup of AMSOIL Championship Snocross on CBS Sports!

Filmed and produced by the experience Minnesota-based team at Long Haul Productions, viewers will thrill at the expanded use of GoPro HD POV camera, quite literally putting fans of the right onto the tops of the racers’ helmets as they battle for supremacy across the snowbelt states on the world’s premier professional snocross series tour.
Beginning with AMSOIL Championship Snocross’ season-opening round in Duluth, Minn. (Nov. 23-25) and running through the season finale in Lake Geneva, Wis. (March 15-17), CBS Sports Network will broadcast 16 half-hour race shows – all in HD – on Sundays at 10:30 a.m. EST. The AMSOIL Championship Snocross – as an added bonus – will also air in an evening repeat of each show during the week.
Next up: Rounds five and six of AMSOIL Championship Snocross, presented by Traxxas, at Minnesota’s Canterbury Park Racetrack and Card Casino, Jan. 4-5.
