Tucker Hibbert brings winning momentum to Canterbury Park Snocross National

January 3, 2017 – Tucker Hibbert is bringing winning momentum to his home state race this weekend at the ISOC National Snocross tour’s Canterbury Park National in Shakopee, Minn. The 10-time defending champion is riding high after a dominating run at the second stop of the ISOC tour in Colorado where he won three of his four qualifying races and both Pro Open finals.

Unlike years past, Canterbury Park will host three days of racing with Sunday’s race being a make-up round for November’s fog-canceled race in Duluth. Hibbert claims he’s confident in his preparations and ready for a long weekend of racing.

Pro racing action at Canterbury Park kicks off Friday night at 6 p.m., repeats Saturday and continues through Sunday afternoon. The event will be streamed live on snocross.lab.b2tech.us/livestream and delay broadcast on CBS Sports Network. For more information on the event, visit snocross.lab.b2tech.us.

On racing at Canterbury Park:
“Canterbury is always one of my favorite races. It’s one of the best tracks we race on all winter. Since it’s a nice, big facility with indoor seating, it always brings in a strong crowd. Minnesota is a big snowmobiling state so the excitement level will be high. I feel like I have a lot of support at this race so it’ll be a fun weekend.”

On his goals for this weekend:
“My goal is to win, like always. The Colorado race was really good and we (the team) used the Christmas break to get in a lot of riding and testing. I feel really good about our preparations. It’s going to be a long weekend of racing but we’re ready for the challenge. I’m excited to get back to the track and back to racing.”
